Chichester Cathedral

Chichester - Chichester Cathedral offers a great opportunity for photography both inside and outside.
They have no objection to cameras and tripods being used inside the cathedral as long as every care is taken not to obstruct other visitors and staff.
An optional entrance fee of £5.00 per person is requested, which in my mind is very fare considering the cost of maintaining a magnificent build as this.
The only time they might object to photographing inside the cathedral, is if they thought that the photographs were being taken for commercial purposes.
 

Portsmouth Cathedral

Portsmouth - Portsmouth Cathedral is, first and foremost, the Mother Church of the Diocese of Portsmouth, a geographical area including south-east Hampshire, Portsea Island and the Isle of Wight. It is the base of KENNETH, Bishop of Portsmouth, and the focal point for many diocese-wide services and events.

Salisbury Cathedral (Wiltshire)

Salisbury - Salisbury Cathedral offers a great opportunity for photography both inside and outside.

Comment: Salisbury Cathedral has a new Font sculpture which could be of particular interest for photography using the reflections in the water. (See the Salisbury gallery on this site)

Comment: A very detailed Cathedral inside with a lot of photograhic potential.
